In this refined place adorned with wood and warm curtains, enhanced with trophies and skins, we detail, as we would leaf through a travel notebook, the menu and the butcher's stall which only presents exceptional meats. More precisely ? Meats selected from the best farms in the world. Meats then cooked by a passionate chef, then presented and advised by the “butcher” (meat advisor). The specificity of the Beef Lodge? Meats grilled in the Argentinian oven, a coal oven set at 250°C, which brings this very particular taste of American barbecue and in which the meats cook slowly, while remaining very tender. Also discover smoked meats, with different types of wood, but also marinated, as well as long cooking at low temperatures, with meats cooked for around 70 hours sous vide before being put in an Argentinian oven. We enjoy ultra-soft, candied meats without moderation. A rare selection to choose from à la carte or from the butcher's stall who presents his raw meats to customers on a wooden tray before cutting them in front of them and detailing their subtleties, depending on their origins and maturation.
