Pizzas made with local products (meat, cold cuts, cheese, flour, etc.) that come from the two Savoie regions. Products that are not local (tomatoes, salmon, etc.) are organic.
With 17 years of experience in baking, the dough is made with traditional French flour (flour without additives with wheat from Savoie and Haute-Savoie made in Saint-Pierre-en-Faucigny) and on long-fermented sourdough. Top-quality local products make up the pizzas, desserts, ready meals, etc.
