The Haut Sommet caterer is the Chefs S'Encanaillent catering boutique located opposite the Palais. Summer 2024: light meals on the new terrace (brazier, etc.) every lunchtime.
Throughout the year, we will offer prepared meals, appetizers, fresh fish, salting, butchery and cheeses from France.
