Haut Sommet Catering is the Chefs S'Encanaillent catering boutique located across from the Palais. Snacks are served on the new terrace every lunchtime from Monday to Friday in July and August.
Winter and summer, we will offer prepared meals, appetizers, fresh fish, cured meats, butchery and French cheeses.
Our windows will change according to the seasons and the Chefs' desires.
