10:10 a.m.: First dive in the Olympic pool
As soon as you arrive, head to the Olympic pool for an invigorating first dive. The crystal clear water and depth of the pool offer an unparalleled swimming experience.
Whether you're a seasoned swimmer or just want to cool off, the Olympic pool is the perfect place to start the day in style.
10:15 a.m.: Splash around in the outdoor paddling pool
The meeting place for the youngest! Secure, warm and shallow, the paddling pool allows children to splash around in complete safety under the watchful eye of their parents. Decorated with a mushroom fountain and a small slide, pure joy!
11 a.m.: Aquatic playground
Head for the aquatic playground. The colorful and interactive installations captivate children who never tire of water jets and other aquatic surprises. The parents take advantage of this moment to relax while watching their little ones having fun.
11:30 a.m.: Pentagliss
Strong sensations await you with the Pentagliss.

14 p.m. to 17 p.m.: Aqua Games every Tuesday
On Tuesday afternoons, the entertainment is in full swing with the Aqua Games. From 14 p.m. to 17 p.m., come and take on the challenge of the aquatic course in our outdoor Olympic pool. Sharing and laughter with family guaranteed.
15 p.m.: Balneoform
For adults, a well-being break is essential! Head to the immense Balneoform pool: whirlpool baths and massaging jets offer a moment of intense relaxation. It’s an opportunity to release tension and take full advantage of the benefits of water.
16:30 p.m.: Snack at the restaurant
It's snack time ! The restaurant offers a selection of delicacies to satisfy those afternoon hunger pangs. The children enjoy ice cream, while the adults enjoy a well-deserved coffee, perhaps accompanied by a delicious salted caramel brioche.
17:30 p.m.: Sauna and Hammam
The day is coming to an end, but there is still a moment of pure relaxation to be experienced. Head to the sauna and hammam. These spaces allow you to end the day in style, offering ultimate relaxation for body and mind.
