Forged by his experiences in starred houses from Brittany via Paris, he settled in Haute-Savoie and became chef of the restaurant Le Saint-Nicolas in the fall of 2020.
During his apprenticeship in Brittany in the Crouzil house, he discovered a passion for seafood products. Tasty and surprising iodized touches will therefore be present.
With the intention of highlighting the richness of the Savoyard terroir, our teams set out to meet local artisans with whom we work.

From the first steps in the village, the very special atmosphere that reigns in Megève envelops you.
