The Traditional Restaurant, located in the heart of the main Les Fermes de Marie chalet, offers tasty mountain cuisine in all seasons, authentic and refined dishes on the menu, not to mention the unmissable dessert buffet! On Saturday evening, our brigade comes alive around the fireplace! Every week the spit is in the spotlight: rib steak and Crozets gratin, free-range chicken or even game when the season comes… a feast for the eyes and the palate! And for fans of a lighter cuisine, the Traditional Restaurant also offers dishes that focus more particularly on balance, energy and form.
