On Saturday evening, our brigade comes alive around the fireplace! Every week the spit is in the spotlight: rib steak and Crozets gratin, free-range chicken or even game when the season comes… a feast for the eyes and the palate! And for fans of a lighter cuisine, the Traditional Restaurant also offers dishes that focus more particularly on balance, energy and form.
