Kaito, a Japanese pan-Asian fusion restaurant, offers delicate and creative cuisine, which draws its inspiration from Asia. The classics of Japanese culinary art combine with other Asian flavors and the flavors of mountain products.
Each plate is a symphony of flavors and colors. You can taste rolls, sashimi, nigiris without forgetting the famous reblochon tempuras with blueberry-yuzu jam, a perfect illustration of the mixture of flavors. This winter the restaurant unveils its private table for more intimate tastings.
