Itinéraire rando : La Cascade de la Belle au Bois

A path leading up from the village towards the Belle au Bois waterfall. An iconic and natural site just a stone's throw from the village.
1/ From the village square, go next to the Bar le Saint Paul where the small tarmac road "chemin du Maz" begins.
2/ Go back up the road then the hiking trail for about 35 min.
3/On your left, a sign will indicate the Belle au Bois waterfall (delicate path).
4/Trail duration 30 min round trip.

The path is tricky and has no exit.
At the arrival of the pool, handrail with small steps placed on smooth and slippery rocks.
Description
From the village square, follow the Quai du Prieuré.
Take the Chemin du Maz between the Bar le Saint Paul and the AAllard accessories store.
The Maz path is partly a paved road (about 30 minutes of walking on a steep road) and a hiking trail (about 15 minutes).
Halfway along the route, you can head towards Creux-Saint-Jean and join the Chemin du Calvaire to go back down to Megève.
On the left of the hiking trail, you will have a sign for the Cascade de La Belle au Bois (delicate path / dead end).
Recommended for children over 7 years old.
With suitable shoes.
