Lovely hike with a beautiful panorama of Mont Blanc, the Mont Joly range, the Monts de Véry in the middle of the mountain pastures.
0/ From the village center of Megève take the Route des Perchets (1200 m) towards the Rochebrune cable car.
1/ Leave the tarmac road to follow the footpath to the Hameau du Tour (1315 m).
2/ Take the first path on the right which climbs through the undergrowth towards the Alpette chairlift (1864 m), the path climbs sharply to the right through the undergrowth (very steep section until the flat area), allow approximately 35 min.
3/ Continue along the path towards the Chalet Lupo restaurant (1858 m), Alpage de Pré Rosset (1888 m).
4/ Head towards Cote 2000, the path follows the ridge line.
5/ Take the path on the left, under the first ski lift, which goes back down above the Alptiport and arrives near the Paintball. Time is approximately 1h1.
6/ The hike continues on the paved road from the restaurant Le Petit Lay (1400 m) to the hamlet of Maz (1310 m) and finally to the village center. Walking time of approximately 1 hour 15 minutes.
7/ Possibility of taking the free shuttle Line 2 (Summer) at the "PETIT LAIT" stop and going back down into the village.

Description
From the village center of Megève, take the Route des Perchets (1200 m) towards the Rochebrune cable car, leave the paved road to follow the footpath to the Hameau du Tour (1315 m). Take the first path on the right which climbs through the undergrowth towards the Alpette chairlift (1864 m), the path climbs sharply to the right through the undergrowth (very steep section until the flat area), allow about 35 min.
Continue along the trail towards the Chalet Lupo restaurant (1858 m), Pré Rosset Alpine pasture (1888 m), continue towards Cote 2000, take the path that follows the ridge line, then take the path on the left, under the first ski lift, which descends above the Alptiport and arrives near the Paintball area. The descent takes approximately 1 hour 30 minutes.
The hike continues on the paved road from the restaurant Le Petit Lay (1400 m) to the hamlet of Maz (1310 m) and towards the village center, walking time of approximately 1 hour 15 minutes. Possibility of taking the free shuttle Line 2 from the stop at the restaurant Le Petit Lait and going back down to the village.
