Thus, it is thanks to this "pumping" movement on the dips and bumps of the courses that the cyclist increases his speed without using the pedals.

Sequences of bends, dips and bumps that can be rolled up or jumped in multiple combinations, the pumptrack is accessible and intended for a wide audience, fun and progressive, generating learning the fundamentals of driving and progress for all.

Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult.
Wearing a helmet is compulsory for all types of vehicles.
Gloves and other protections are highly recommended.

Equipment must be in good working order.
It is recommended to reconnoitre the course at moderate speed starting with the blue course.
Once on the course, it is important not to stop, so as not to hinder others and to avoid collisions.

Stay on the circuit, avoiding grassy areas, remove branches, stones, etc. anything that could cause an accident.
