In Megève, the Bernard Loiseau group is setting up for the first time outside its historical stronghold of Saulieu by taking over the business of "Comptoir du père Sotieu", an emblematic address run for 28 years by a couple of local artisans.

Ideally located at the entrance to the village, this charming wooden chalet has become "Loiseau – La Pâtisserie", a boutique designed as a gourmet extension of the Loiseau universe, combining pastry chef, chocolatier and fine grocery expertise.

The selection showcases a wide range of sweet creations: individual cakes, entremets, large cakes for sharing, fine chocolates and artisanal confectionery, complemented by a selection of gourmet foods bearing the Loiseau label. The chocolates are crafted in the kitchens of the renowned restaurant in Saulieu, guaranteeing a direct link to the group's gastronomic excellence.

The shop also offers a savory selection, in keeping with the spirit of Loiseau establishments, combining simplicity, quality ingredients, and a focus on local produce. The entire range is designed to evolve with the seasons and key moments of the year, with special creations for Christmas, Easter, Epiphany, and other key periods in French pastry.
