Each year, the princesses of the mountains that are the cows and heifers of the Breed Abondance will parade in front of an audience of admirers, novices or connoisseurs.
The agricultural fair has been held every autumn since 1282, this year we are celebrating the 104rd edition of the agricultural competition.
This year is the opportunity to make the first presentation of the Megève horse and the Alpine Mule.
08:00: Arrival of the herds
10:00 a.m.: Parade in the animal ring
12:00 p.m.: Catering possible on site
14 p.m.: Parade of young leaders
14:30 p.m.: Resumption of the animal parade
17:00 p.m.: Weighing of the cow with its bell. The person who guesses its exact weight will win the magnificent bell with the decorated leather that the cow will have worn all day.
Horse entertainment all day long.
Many activities, crafts, musical atmosphere, exhibition of equipment specific to mountain agriculture, sale of local products.
