For a first run, we recommend suitable routes with snow or rock elements. For example, the Vallée Blanche Crossing or the Balcons de la Mer de Glace. After mastering the basics of high mountain climbing, you can venture into more technical one-day runs: the Arête des Cosmiques, the Aiguilles d'Entrèves, and the Traversée des Crochues.
